Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These terms govern use of the Hyperclinic website and platform, operated by Hyperneural Technologies LLP. By accessing the website or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
The service
Hyperclinic provides cloud-based hospital management software, including clinical, operational, billing and compliance modules. Access to the platform is provided to hospitals under a separate service agreement; these terms supplement that agreement.
Accounts & access
Hospital administrators are responsible for managing their users and for the confidentiality of credentials. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and only for the hospital operations it is intended to support.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to breach security or access controls, access data belonging to other tenants, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it to store data unrelated to legitimate hospital operations.
Clinical responsibility
Hyperclinic is a tool to support hospital operations and record-keeping. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals.
Intellectual property
The platform, its software and branding are owned by Hyperneural Technologies LLP. A hospital's own data remains the property of that hospital.
Availability & disclaimers
We work to keep the service reliable but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Except as required by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of the service is limited as set out in the applicable hospital service agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
