Privacy Policy

Hyperclinic is a hospital management platform operated by Hyperneural Technologies LLP ("Hyperclinic", "we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal data across our marketing website and our software platform.
Two distinct roles
Our website. When you submit an access or contact request, we act as the data controller for the details you provide (name, hospital, email, phone) and use them only to respond to your enquiry.
Our platform. When a hospital uses Hyperclinic, that hospital is the data controller (fiduciary) for its patients and staff. We act as a data processor, handling personal and health data strictly on the hospital's instructions under a data processing agreement.
Information we collect
Website: contact details you submit, and basic, privacy-preserving usage analytics.
Platform (on behalf of hospitals): patient demographics, clinical records, billing and operational data needed to run the hospital. Health information is treated as sensitive personal data.
Cookies & analytics
Our website uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that do not track individuals across sites or build advertising profiles. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. The platform uses only the cookies required to keep you securely signed in.
How we protect data
Each hospital's data is isolated in its own database schema. Health information is encrypted, access is governed by role-based controls, and every action is recorded in an append-only audit log. Data is hosted on secured cloud infrastructure.
Sharing & third parties
We share data only as needed to provide the service — for example, the ABDM/ABHA gateway (with patient consent), SMS/WhatsApp delivery providers for notifications, and our cloud hosting provider. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights under the DPDP Act
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and may withdraw consent. For data held within a hospital's workspace, please contact that hospital (the data fiduciary); we will support them in fulfilling the request. For website data, contact us directly.
Data retention
Website enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond and for our legitimate records. Platform data is retained according to the hospital's instructions and statutory medical-record retention requirements.
Grievance officer
For privacy questions or complaints, contact our grievance officer at privacy@hyperneural.in. We will acknowledge and address requests within the timelines required by law.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product and regulations evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
